By accessing or using AmpPay's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and AmpPay Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("AmpPay," "we," "us," or "our").
AmpPay provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for payment orchestration and session management in India's EV charging ecosystem. Our services include:
Important: AmpPay is NOT a payment service provider. All payment transactions are processed exclusively through RBI-licensed payment gateway partners such as Kotak Bank and CCAvenue.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services and to update it as necessary.

Tariffs for charging sessions are set by the respective Charge Point Operators (CPOs). AmpPay has no role in price determination. Tariffs are displayed before you initiate a session.
AmpPay charges CPOs a platform fee (typically 2% of transaction value for stations with 26+ chargers). End users (EV drivers) are not charged any additional fees by AmpPay beyond the CPO's tariff.
All payments are processed through our licensed payment gateway partners. By initiating a payment, you agree to their terms and conditions.
If a payment is debited but the session does not start, AmpPay will initiate an automatic refund within 60 seconds. See our Refund Policy for details.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, AmpPay does not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may suspend or terminate services for:

CPOs are solely responsible for the operation, maintenance, and safety of their charging stations.
All content, features, and functionality of the AmpPay platform (including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks) are owned by AmpPay Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Your use of AmpPay's services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Refunds and dispute resolution are governed by our Refund Policy. Users must raise refund requests within 7 days of the transaction.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for:
Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., liability limitations, governing law) will remain in effect.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AmpPay, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
AmpPay reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AmpPay regarding the use of our services.
