2.4 Information We Do NOT Collect

AmpPay does not process, store, or have access to your payment credentials such as:

• Credit/debit card numbers or CVV
• UPI PINs or VPAs
• Bank account details

All payment transactions are securely processed through RBI-compliant payment gateway partners (e.g., Kotak Bank, CCAvenue). Payment credentials are handled exclusively by these licensed partners.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for:

• Service Delivery: Processing charging sessions, managing payments, and providing customer support
• Communication: Sending transaction receipts, session notifications, and service updates
• Reconciliation: Sharing session records with CPOs for billing and settlement

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

4.1 With Charge Point Operators (CPOs)

Session and transaction records may be shared with the respective CPO for reconciliation, billing, and operational purposes.

4.2 With Payment Partners

Transaction metadata is shared with our payment gateway partners (Kotak, CCAvenue) to process payments securely.

4.3 With Service Providers

We may share data with trusted third-party service providers (hosting, analytics, customer support tools) who assist in operating our platform. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.

4.4 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
